What this website collects

  • No cookies, no tracking, no analytics. We do not use cookies, advertising pixels or tracking tools, and we do not build visitor profiles.
  • Hosting and security. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the site and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. This is necessary to show you the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Fonts and images are served from our own website, so your browser does not connect to third-party font services.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use this only to reply and to follow up on your request, for example about partnerships or taking part in a project. We keep it only as long as needed for that purpose, unless a longer period is required by law.

Social media

Our Instagram and Facebook pages are run on Meta’s platforms. When you visit them, Meta processes your data under its own privacy policy. This website only links to them; it does not load any Meta content or tracking.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email hello@koineassociation.org. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP).

If we change how we handle data, for example when we add a contact form or a newsletter, we will update this page and the date above.
